“Decent, but bed was bad and place was very damp”

“We've had a wonderful stay for a week at Villa Opera with 2 children. The building is a traditional farm house with thick walls and shutters which helped in the scorching heat. There was no AC but we had fans which was ok and expected with an old building. The landscape was amazing and we've watched many amazing sunsets in the garden. There is a pool with was perfect in the heat. It needs a little maintenance and the sunbeams and parasols were good but in need of a little TLC. The property is 5……

“The flat was lovely. Very clean and tidy with an excellent kitchen. There are 56 steps to get from the street to the flat, not for the faint hearted or infirm! The upstairs bed is extremely low and very hot, with no air conditioning! The shower was good but quite small. An excellent washing machine. We had no communication with the host. I rang someone to get the key safe passcode, who seemed to know little or nothing about the flat. That was it!”
