The property, service and food were amazing! Highly recommend.

From the moment I arrived, the registration staff was excellent; Jessica explained everything about the hotel and helped me with my reservations, and the other two young women were amazing as well. My room (W4) was excellent and clean, with a nice view featuring an extremely comfortable mattress and pillows, plus a spacious bathroom with great water pressure. The room's pool wasn't heated, but it was still usable. On the first night, I celebrated my birthday at the poolside restaurant, Fly Away—an unforgettable experience with an incredible tasting menu. Cristina patiently explained every dish to us; she is truly an expert. They have a great team—Strat, the bartender, was also very knowledgeable; he recommended several places for us to visit, and his advice was spot-on—he has a lot of experience in tourism, as does Bill. We are grateful to everyone; it was an unforgettable experience.We also had ad à la carte breakfast in our room every morning accompanied by beautiful sunrise. We will combat .🌸

The food was amazing. The views were amazing. It was just a little bit windy, but that’s out of the hotels control but when we got there, they offered us a glass of wine and showed us a map of the whole island and gave recommendations and it was amazing.

The property was beautiful. The only thing was the breakfast. We were asked the first day what we wanted and we did not realize we would be eating the same thing every day. I guess that was our fault for not inquiring more. Perfect location, beautiful pool very helpful staff and wonderful trip! Stacey was very helpful in booking all our transfers and cabs and everything was seamless! I would stay here again!

You cannot get to this hotel by vehicle which I didn’t know ahead of time. They “contacted us” on WhatsApp which I don’t have. Our driver once realizing you cannot reach by vehicle dropped us off at the bottom of the hill and said it’s up there. The phone number doesn’t reach anybody so after wandering around up the hills and down the hills for over an hour we finally found some nice person that could help us. He directed us to the hotel. it takes 20 minutes when you know where you’re going to get to the hotel up and down steep steps. We finally got the hotel and the room was not ready. We waited for 2 1/2 hours. Once we were told the room was ready, We went to have a look. When we tried to use the hot tub it was dirty with somebody else’s rose petals. There are no roses in the vicinity. There is no toilet paper. The air conditioning didn’t work, the TV was wasn’t working, safe wasn’t working, the coffee maker wasn’t working. Nothing was as it was advertised. The staff was not able to help with anything. We were never able to get anybody on the phone or speak to a manager. I would not recommend this to anyone.
