Great Wainscott location within walking distance to food/wine/Hampton Jitney/beach.

Modern contemporary stylishly furnished 3 bedroom main house where each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also a separated cottage studio which is the 4th bedroom with bathroom, kitchenette outdoor shower.

New! Recently finished floor level with the pool table and the exercise equipment. Of course a small chilling area with the TV is there as well.

The home is minutes to restaurants, shops, 10 minutes to the ocean beach! The House is 4 minutes of the club house which has a bowling alley, sports bar , 18 hole mini golf

the master suite on the main floor has a queen sized bed, full bath with dual sinks, shower and 2-person Jacuzzi tub,
the upstairs bedrooms- one has a king-sized bed with private bathroom, the other bedroom has a queen-sized again with a private bathroom.

Swimming pool is situated outside of the size 20x40 and heated. There is a nice deck in front of it with a table, chairs and gas grill.

It is located at the end of the pool, it is very cozy and there is 1 twin beds, a bathroom and an outside shower.

The house sits on a beautiful private one half acre property.
