The mature landscape provides ultimate privacy to the heated 20x40 gunite pool and outdoor shower, and a sizable backyard. Other amenities include outdoor seating for 12 around a fire table and 12 around an outdoor dining table, an attached garage, first floor laundry, wood-burning fireplace, back-up-power generator, and first floor primary suite. A short quarter mile to Wainscott Village shops and the Wainscott Hampton Jitney stop, and short drive to pristine ocean beaches, and area restaurants.
