"Good breakfast BuT need some tweaks. Needs a second garbage can on opposite side of room bad. Also drinks in corner is a bad layout. Traffic jams. Last was awesome, clean, good food"

"Room was clean, parking with easy and safe, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. Only complaint is that they didn't have any bacon, just sausage. Other than that they had a variety of other breakfast options to eat from. "

"The hotel appeared quite new and our basic room was really big BUT there were so many problems. They charged us $10 for parking even though the hotels app said it was included. The eqipment in the gym was broken and no one cared, the hot tub was broken and they didn't have any coffee for breakfast. They staff were never apologetic about any of this so I assume they have been dealing with people's questions for so long they just don't bother anymore."

"This was the first place I’ve ever stayed. The water was not hot and the drains kept stopping up. The breakfast area was very dirty and the food was horrible and cold. Management never assisted with complaints and front desk was very rude. RUN do not stay here"

"The property itself was very clean, modern and very nice. The bathroom was spotless, and the linens lookked new and fresh. The room was spacious and quiet. I would give this property 5 stars except i had to wait over 5 minutes at checkin for someone to actually come to the front desk (approx 9pm), and i asked for a late checkout and was told it would cost $30 extra dollars for a noon checkou! (checkout is 11) I travel a lot for work and pleasure, and I have never been charged for a late checkout. The room was $90+ Tax and the absurdity of having to pay extra for a late checkout. There have been times where a hotel had already granted to many late checkouts and so they tild me no, but to pay extra? I was on a work trip and i cut my morning meeting short because I was not about to pay 30% extra for an extra hour purely for the principle of the thing. This is a nice property but I will be staying somewhere else next trip unless the greedy management changes this policy. "
