“Appreciated being able to check in early. Room was very plain but adequate. Only complaint was on Expedia it said a Queen bed but the bed in the room we had was definitely smaller than a Queen (Double?). Hotel said that was an "Expedia" issue.”

“I was put in a room with an adjoining door to another room… which was hollow, with a huge gap underneath. This means I could hear EVERYTHING next door. The guy coming in at 12:36 in the morning, crashing around and swearing. I called the front desk and no one answered. I then asked through the door “hey man, could you keep it down a bit please?” His response: “I got you man”. Then, he proceeded to crash around for hours. Then the next morning… little baby Emilia and her mom show up and……

“We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here……

“The only disappointing thing about our visit was how small the bathroom was. When getting ready we repeatedly bumped into each other. Maybe it would be possible to get a two queen size beds room with a larger bathroom.”
