“Let me start with the property was fine. The room was fairly clean, at least as clean as my own house. The bed was big with lots of pillows and while not the best mattress, firm and comfortable. I was able to change the HVAC easily for my needs. TV remote gave me some issues but I figured it out. Breakfast, especially the coffee, was PHENOMENAL! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Coffee machine is fantastic! Now...I did have one issue....Checking in was a nightmare! I called multiple……
