But there needs to be pillow protectors on the pillows - it sucks when you're a non-smoker, haven't brought your own pillows from home, put your head down late at night to finally go to sleep and get the stench of cigarette smoke. I don't believe anyone had been smoking inside but I do believe smokers had rented the property before……

“I paid just over $100 for a room that said it didn't have a window, which was fine for one night. When I arrived I had a room with a balcony overlooking Rockland harbor. The best part for me is that you can walk to the center of town in 2 minutes. It's a great low-cost option in a great little town on the Maine coast.”

“Whitehall is an old lodge a few blocks from the center of Camden. Road noise can be heard from Route 1, which passes directly in front. Our room was on the ground level and the sound of people walking in the room overhead was an annoying. The common areas are spacious. The breakfast room would seat 100 people, but we were the only people having breakfast. The breakfast was weird, and we had only a tasteless croissant, an orange and coffee. We should have gone into town for those blueberry……
