Wonderful staff, very cozy and breakfast is delicious.

The parking was really rough. The gravel lot was full, and the valet was unavailable for about forty minutes. That was the only negative about this hotel. Once settled, the facility is stunning and the staff is very professional. Large, well equipped rooms with wonderful multi-head shower and heated Toto toilet! Great dining and good cocktails.

Our family enjoyed our time at Highland Castle over the 4th of July weekend. Thank you so much John and Yvonne!

As soon as we walked into this room, the first thing to see was the beautiful view of Lake George thru the patio doors, and out onto the porch. The view was magnificent! Then, wanting to get our luggage taken care of, we went about putting toiletries in the bathroon, and clothes in the closet. I am probably phobic when it comes to staying somewhere other than home. Brittney was amazing!! She helped make our honeymoon spectacular, and the gift bag from the hotel crew was super thoughtful too. Rooftop is a 10/10 and the lounge area is super cozy. So centrally located, but it still feels like a getaway. Thank you Lake George and the Courtyard crew!

One of the best hotel stays we have had. Staff was amazing, property and rooms was immaculate, and all the amenities and basic essentials you could possibly need during your stay. It’s was such a great experience we spent more time on property and in the room then we did exploring the area. We felt at home. Beds were comfortable and the rooms always smelled really nice and refreshing. Hotel front office/desk staff was genuinely nice and accommodating.

This hotel was everything we wanted, exceptionally clean with a most helpful staff. Close to town, we walked to all the local activities. The pool was large and well kept.

My boyfriend and I booked at the last minute after deciding to stay overnight/into the next day after a work outing. This area is 3 hours from our home and offers great opportunities to kayak and mountain bike, so we came with a geared-up truck. If you've ever stayed at Lake George in the summer, you know that last-minute accomodations on any of the main thoroughfares are difficult to find and often expensive. This was neither of those. The Gore Mountain Lodge is a wonderful and unique spot minutes from Gore Mountain ski area and the fun town of North Creek. Rooms are clean, comfortable and creatively decorated. It does not feel like a motor inn. We will go back.

We were in New York to observe the eclipse of April 2024. We found the room very clean, quiet, and well appointed for our needs. The staff was congenial, answering questions and offering suggestions. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to our friends.
