"Only spent one night at the Caledonian Inn, but would have been happy with more. Our room was newly renovated and in great condition. Large and lots of room for bags. The bathroom was also very large, had a great shower and more shelf space that in any other hotel room we've stayed in. The mattress was really comfortable. Solid wifi available throughout. Checkin was a breeze. No need to contact the hotel in advance, you can just approach staff at the bar. We dined at the pub and the food was good. We stayed on a Thursday night, so it wasn't so loud, but the hotel does let guests know there is loud music on a Friday and Saturday."

"We loved NRMA Warrnambool. We only stayed one night but it has a great family friendly vibe. The outdoor pool looked like fun and the indoor one was like a bath. The cabin was spacious and clean with complimentary tea, coffee etc.. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but my favourite thing was the towel swan on the bed, a lovely touch🤓"

"I had to clean out the spa as the jets were shooting out black stuff. Tiles were cracked around the spa, and a hand print was on the tiles. No sponge provided yet dish liquid was, lady stated that all dishes get removed and go to comertial kitchen to be cleaned being strange about a sponge request yet gave one. None of the cutlerly or plates cups matched at all. Bed was comfortable, had to move couch to watch TV in bed as on a low tv unit, potentially put tv on the wall on movable arm to be watch in spa too. Spa sticker stated please do not use spa after 10:30pm for the consideration of other guests, this is not notified on line or in any legal contract so mayby consider soundproofing the roof below and any other walls"
