"The hotel was great. The only downside is their shuttle service is poor. We waited at the airport for about 30 minutes and gave up on the shuttle and took an uber. We were told you had to wait until check-in to book the shuttle to the port only to be told it was full. Again Uber was the answer. Don’t waste time on the shuttle!!!!"

"Room was fine. Lots of traffic noise. Good shower. Nice products. I was told when I checked in that they didn’t have a port shuttle but they do and I found it by accident. "

"Room was outdated. Wallpaper peeling in some areas. Found hair in the shower. Also beware there are hidden fees . It costs 20$ a day to park and there is a 50$ charge/hold added to your stay that is not including in the information on Expedia. The front desk blamed that information not being shared on Expedia . "
