The three times we left over two days I use the QR code on the little ticket they give you to request your car be pulled up and basically requested 30 minutes in advance which is not a problem whatsoever. The issue is when you get downstairs for your car it is not there and then you have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I hope they can resolve this issue. It was also ridiculously uncomfortable and had dips in the mattress. We’ve stayed here before in 2022.. but this trip they added $16 per NIGHT just to park your car. That is ridiculous and at 2 nights for $32 plus tax?? Waste of money, when we’re already paying to stay. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone anymore."
