“When Hilton launched the Tru brand, I was on board and stayed at them often. My recent visit to Sebring Tru has made think that this brand has run its course. I see the property is starting to show its age. The bathroom had some issues, nothing major just wear and tear. I was never able to get the AC set correctly, I either had it cold or hot. The staff were there nothing exceptional, nothing horrible. Just seems this hotel is average and that is not what I expect at a Hilton.”

“This was my third stay at this hotel and can't beat the location, Irish pub, and quiet comfortable room ! Will be back for sure.”

“The room 100 was below standard. The air conditioning sounded like a drum beating 24 hours continually, at times I had to shut it off so that I could sleep. You could see that the room had been not be occupied for a while, it was dusty, a small dead roach was found in the bathroom, a few cobwebs here and there. As a professional, I thought of rejecting but I was so tired and being from out of town, I cleaned up what I could and contend with the rest. Although I extended to a fifth day, it is not……

“It was nice for an afternoon of rest and peace and quiet. Very quiet and pleasant.”

“Room was booked for three people, only 2 wash clothes and hand towels were provided. Found hair in the bathtub from previous guest. Hairdryer did not work. #7 button on microwave did not work, found this when trying to program correct time. TV remote was broken and somewhat held together with scotch tape. Phone was blinking that there was a message but there wasn't one and couldn't clear flashing light. Called front desk, 1/2 hour later maintenance showed up and put duct tape over the flashing……

“I like this motel very friendly owners, clean rooms at all times. The only they do not have and would be very useful is ice machine and vending machines.”

“Run down and not acceptable for children. Especially young girls”
