“The home was as it's pictures and we enjoyed our family while we were there for 5 days. A few things needed fixing. What was most disappointing was the communication (owner to property manager, and property manager to renter) and the custmer service.”

“Great spot for a group of people. The house is spacious and well furnished. Loved the main bedroom mattress.Everything was clean. The Hideout is a great spot to visit, just make sure you're there when things are open.There was a minor issue with the hot tub but the host had someone there in less than half an hour to fix it. They even offered to let us use one across the street. That's what made the trip, the fast response and willingness to make things right from the host.”
