"The house was very clean and comfortable. All paper goods and cleaning supplies are provided. The washer is preloaded with laundry detergent and the bathrooms have body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Everything is new and top of the line. It’s a lovely location. Five minutes to downtown and lots of dog friendly restaurants. We didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit, but towels, dry wood and fire starters were provided if we had wanted to. "It was nice and secluded.. just birds singing in the mornings. Coffee on the deck with a view that is so stunning.! Thank you for the smores basket. The kids enjoyed the fire pit. "We really enjoyed our stay at this five-star, quaint and cozy cottage. Bearcat was absolutely spotless and was very well stocked with everything that we could possibly need from linens to the pots-pans-utensils in the kitchen. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the front porch was a nice place to sit back and relax. We would definitely come back and also recommend to our friends and family."
