“Clean house, good communication with host. Stairs are not ideal if you have small children or difficulty climbing. One room on main floor which is fine if everyone can get up the stairs. ”

“When we arrived we never received the text that we were supposed to receive once the property was cleaned. When entered many kitchen items were still dirty and some rooms had a lot of dust. We also didn't have any soap sponges, so we called to get one in the property and we were told that someone would come shortly, but no one did. We then called again the next day and the same thing happened we were told that someone would come and no one did.”

“Very dirty, we had no power/water/heating almost our entire stay and customer service was no helpl at all. Very bad service overall, don’t recommend”
