“Se fue el agua al otro día q llegamos y al despertar nos llevamos la sorpresa q no había agua en todo el hotel , q una pipa se rompió y que la estaban reparando pero tardaron todo el día y no dieron solución solo q teníamos q esperar, en ningún momento nos dieron opciones de q hacer y esperamos un tiempo prudente y se dieron las 4:00 pm y nada q arreglaban el problema y no daban opciones decidimos movernos de hotel, esperando que ese día y el otro q ya teníamos pagados nos los reembolsaron,……

“No coffee available on Tuesday morning the coffee in the hotel room is terrible when I spoke to the staff they said they ordered it, but it did not come in.
