“The pool was ice cold and it is clear the property needs an update due to uneven floors, wrinkled hallway carpeting and dated decor. The staff was friendly and were prompt in fixing a backing up drain I discovered shortly after checking in though did not communicate the repair was complete. The room was clean but the remote was not paired to the TV so watching TV was difficult as I had to get up and change the volume and turn on/off from the TV itself. I was only there for one night or this……

“Average hotel for higher cost”

“The bathroom door has no lock which is fine but when you close it, the door leaves a big enough gap that anyone can see through. The gap faces the main hotel door so when traveling with a family and kids going in and out….. it’s not ideal.”

“When I got to my room, I realized I forgot to get ketchup packets for my French fries at a fast food restaurant. Esteban at the front desk helped find some for me. Service!”

“Overall the property was in decent shape. There was a lot of trash in the hallway outside of people’s room. There were not a lot of trash cans to take larger trash items too. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests in a very timely and professional manner! Rooms were large with plenty of space. Our room had a slight odor but likely from being hot and stale air. I appreciate the full sized refrigerator and full kitchenette. Overall this was what we needed for a long weekend of……

“The suits is clean and quiet. Like it has sofa and desk. Breakfast is very simple. Stayed two nights but no WiFi and Att signal in this area is very poor, hardly connected to internet. Not good for business and traveling.”
