It was a gesture that left my son overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. "Really fantastic 2 night stay at this property. It is a lovely hotel inside and we enjoyed the bar, restaurant, gym and swimming areas too. The staff were absolutely fantastic, really polite and helpful, putting the customer first. Room service took less than 20 minutes from order to door even though it said it could take around 45 mins. The pricing of the food and drink was a little on the high side but with the service and all things considered it was a really great stay for me, my wife and our 3yo."
