I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my stay at Roatán Media Luna Resort affiliated by Meliá between 18th and 21st of March 2026, in the room # 108. The bathroom floor in my room was in very poor condition, as evidenced in the photographs previously provided. The deterioration of the flooring not only affected the aesthetics of the room but also raised concerns regarding safety and proper maintenance standards expected from a property affiliated with the Meliá brand. This situation significantly impacted on the comfort and quality of my stay. I trust that Meliá upholds high standards across its affiliated properties, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Considering the condition of the room and the impact on my stay, I believe a compensation equivalent to 30–40% of the total amount paid would be reasonable. Best all inclusive in west bay

Currently this place experienced with management changes. Therefore a huge mess in customer care.

The staff was fantastic and truly made our stay enjoyable. The food was okay definitely edible but it could use more variety. The drinks were decent, but the liquor selection seemed to be on the cheaper side, and there weren't many options available. The pool was nice but smaller and shallower than expected. The beach area around the lounge chairs with umbrellas not enough shade also needs to be cleaned daily to improve the overall experience. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our vacation. With just a few improvements, this resort could provide an even better experience for its guests.
