"I traveled with my two teenagers and they loved the lodge they liked the feeding the animals too. I appreciated the free breakfast and the quick walk to the beach. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!"

"Beautiful!!!! The property was unique…not directly on the beach, but such beautiful surroundings and an incredible view of the ocean! We easily hopped on a tuk-tuk to go to beach club and back. Service by all staff was amazing! We especially loved Jack at the beach club!! "

"Amazing Family Stay – Highly Recommend! My family of five spent 3 wonderful weeks at Acqua di Mare and absolutely loved it. The condo was brand new, super clean, and had everything we needed — especially the washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was included (our 5-year-old gave the pancakes a 10/10!), and the optional daily cleaning for a one-time fee was a huge help with little kids. The pool is beautiful, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. We also loved having access to Mayan Princess amenities like beach chairs — no extra charge! West Bay’s restaurants and water activities are just a short walk away. Special thanks to Paty at the front desk — she was so kind and helpful. We felt right at home and will definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was very attentive to my family and family member with disabilities. The staff made sure we had all the accommodations and services. Excursions were offered to us and the staff made sure we were able to do the excrusions with my family member who uses a wheelchair and had the assistance we needed. The staff made sure to make a pured/blended meals for my family member in the mornings due to her special diet. Everyone was friendly! The beach is beautiful and right at the property. The pool is a gorgeous jungle feel and great for kids and adults who might not know how to swim. Thanks to Byron and Brent Fischer who set us up with excrusions to do around the Island and accommodations for wheelchair accessibility. "

"La estancia en el hotel fue muy placentera en cambio el hotel ocupa mejorar muchas cosas tales como servicio de Maleta de la recepcion para la habitacion , las habitaciones ocupan tener un espejo en el cuarto y un telefono para poder llamar a la recepcion . El transporte demasiado caro no cobran por viaje cobran por persona , hicimos varias actividades en la isla tales como el buseo y sacar la licencia de Buso, tambien hicimos los ATV , los jet ski y los Zipline cada y los Dolfing cada viaje salio mas de $170 el dia les menciono que es solo para que puedan mejorar el servicio , el champu y el Condicionar deben ser separados . "

"The Beach House felt classy yet cozy, unlike a large resort. We stayed in a ground floor suite and truly appreciated the ability to walk out our door and onto the beach in mere steps. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was amazing. Half moon bay has a beautiful well maintained beach with plenty of food options close by."

"Front desk staff was Amazing John in particular i dont remember the other gentlmans name when we checked in. The shuttle service the staff was amazing. The sports bar herbys and pineapple grill food was amaxing as well as service at both places. We could not have been more pleased with this resort just outstanding and we would definitely be back. Thank u to all the staff very courteous and our room was just amazing the pools and surroundings were fantastic.. "
