“El hotel está bonito, buena ubicación. El único problema era que la habitación 123 siempre estaba muy caliente, aún apagando la calefacción parecía horno, tenía que prender el aire acondicionado para poder estar dentro. El calor se sentía en el piso, imagino que en el planta de abajo había resistencias que hacían que se calentara mucho la habitación”

“Excelente servicio desde antes de mi llegada, pude dejar mi equipaje antes del check in, la ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la estación de tren y de todos los atractivos turísticos. La habitación muy amplia al igual que el baño, cosa que no sucedió en otros hospedajes en Reino Unido. Incluye desayuno y está bueno y completo, muy típico, el bar buenos precios. Muy recomendable, gran experiencia ”

"Es un hotel céntrico, excedió mis expectativas, el dormitorio es grande y muy cómodo, el personal es muy amable y cortés, el desayuno es excelente sobre todo los platillos que manejan en el desayuno, la vista hacia el castillo es muy buena y la facilidad de tener el hotel hermano al lado permite hacer uso de su alberca y sauna, lo recomiendo ampliamente."
