Very clean, great location as you are within walking distance of all the great tourist sites (Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Scott Monument, Waverley train station, tram). Room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom.

Location is great for train travel, pubs, restaurants & access to old town. The Hotel is not very welcoming from outside, there is a lot of construction around the hotel but the room was quiet. There was no safe or fridge in the room. The room and bathroom were modern and comfortable though it had a tub not a walk in shower. A/C worked well.

Staff is so helpful! They stored our baggage while we checked out for a 3 day tour to the Isle of Skye - we stayed at Premier Inn for 3 days prior, then returned for 2 more nights after the tour. Breakfast was excellent-ample buffet, but they also would cook porridge or eggs on order. Hotel has great location but is quiet.
