Very much a budget hotel, the staff were all very helpful but seemed like they were all doing too many duties at once. Amazing location, close to sights, shops and transport options, can't go wrong if you are looking for place to sleep at a night after making days of tourism

Very clean, great location as you are within walking distance of all the great tourist sites (Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Scott Monument, Waverley train station, tram). Room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom.

We did not like the parking was 15 minute walk away and charge was $25 per night… we had to walk down an alley to get to the hotel and had park on the main street then carry our luggage to the hotel .. no curb side service… this hotel was not good for children or handicap people… the tubs were hard to get into… no refrigerator.. the breakfast was excellent

Location is great for train travel, pubs, restaurants & access to old town. The Hotel is not very welcoming from outside, there is a lot of construction around the hotel but the room was quiet. There was no safe or fridge in the room. The room and bathroom were modern and comfortable though it had a tub not a walk in shower. A/C worked well.

Awesome location. Unable to drive to the front door so you are a block walk away. "pump" soap in bathroom didn't work well and limited towels. triple room, 2 people with 2 bath towels and only one hand towel. No face cloths. Buffet breakfast was good and restaurant staff helpful

Great location-easy walking distance to Royal Mile & Edinburgh Castle. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby, as well as close to bus station that is pickup point for local tour companies such as Rabbie’s. Hotel staff is very helpful.

Water dripping from the ceiling in the middle of the night. Thanks to the front desk staff, they managed to change the room immdediatly. The rest is just fine, hotel has a great location. Rooms are big enough, breakfast is good.

Staff is so helpful! They stored our baggage while we checked out for a 3 day tour to the Isle of Skye - we stayed at Premier Inn for 3 days prior, then returned for 2 more nights after the tour. Breakfast was excellent-ample buffet, but they also would cook porridge or eggs on order. Hotel has great location but is quiet.
