"An excellent accommodation for my family requirements. 4 adults and 2 children. Good sized bedrooms, excellent kitchen and living area. Generally well equipped, some cleaning cloths required would be our only thought. Otherwise, excellent hosts who were available if required, and though living close where very descreet. The property was easy to find given the GPS coordinates. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they were very helpful in all arrangements. There was good instructions...

"We returned to stay at the Old Stables again for a few days, coupled with a visit to Glastonbury and Wells. Again, everything was perfect and we love the location, providing excellent access to both towns, with a wonderful rural setting. The space is warm and cosy, with everything being thoughtfully provided for a self-catering stay. We will certainly be back!"

Despite the typical British weather the property’s location allowed us to explore the local area such as Cheddar Gorge and Wells. Would thoroughly recommend Berrow beach-quiet and dog friendly! We loved the view out across the fields."

"Lovely clean, very well equipped cottage with a delightful garden. All our needs were catered for. The cottage is in a fabulous setting. Ideal location for walking our dog and a wonderful pub providing exceptional food within a few minutes stroll. Splendid National Trust property almost on the doorstep. "Good venue, clean and tidy. Plenty of parking, space for all the family and lovely garden area. Aga great for keeping the house warm and cooking. Only issue - no shaving point in ensuite or bathroom."

"This is not the Ritz - but there are some really good points - it's lovely and quiet - so a good sleep was easy. Take your own towels - ones provided were not great - I would also say take your own bedding. One major for a couple is the double is on a mezz and the toilet is down stairs - this didn't effect me as I was on my own so slept in the single room downstairs. Owner is lovely - and my stay in Sherborne very nice. Lovely place."

"Perfect for our visit. In the area for a wedding and it really filled the bill for my wife, myself, our son and daughter and our young granddaughter. Co-op store across the street. Coffee and bakery 50 feet away. Pub with meal service 500 feet up the lane. Comfortable, large, well equipped, and charming. Will stay again at the next opportunity. Great communication with the owner and easy access to the property. "

"My husband and I stayed in this idyllic Shephards hut whilst on a trip to look after our Grandchild during the day time . After running around after a 4 year old all day , it was a welcome sanctuary to come home to this beautiful dwelling with its lovely fairy lights and delightfully warm hot tub to recharge our worn out bodies for the next days shenanigans . Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and have a few days for ourselves to explore the beautiful surroundings . We will definitely...
