This was probably the worst place I've ever stayed. Checking in was a nightmare, as they wouldn't just use the card I booked with. There's an extra 75$ fee. Our phone worked for two days for the week we were there. We had maintenance come and fix it, just for it to break the next day! Next, it was so humid in the hotel room that it was hazardous. Our clothes were damp, the floor was slick, paper and books were moist and delicate. Even with shoes in the room it was difficult to not fall. Awful. Shower pressure is bad. Housekeeping didn't come to our room until almost 5pm EVERY DAY. By 5pm, I was done with class and wanted a nap, but it was always interrupted by housekeeping. In one instance, they stayed in our room for over an hour and only took out the trash. Left wet towels (they wouldn't dry for reuse), had to call to get dry ones, and then our beds were made once in the week we were there. Also, the housekeeping carts start rolling by our room at SEVEN IN THE MORNING. They don't stop! The only redeeming quality was that the breakfast was decent. (Toaster didn't work, though.)

It was a good experience at the hotal. However, if the ac was put at 74 or higher, the humidity accumulated on the floor and the walls.

The hotel was great and clean. We had no issues. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. There was even a security guard at the facility. The only thing was the area next to the hotel looked abandoned and it flooded the street because of the rain.

Did not rest- couldn’t not relax after I caught a staff member taking videos and pictures my car at6 am…as if they were seeing it up to get stolen and she acted like she didn’t steal English when I convened her in the middle of doing it. When I complained about it- I was dismissed by management and told she just was admiring my car 😳😳 then I had 3 attempted charges from the faculty in the about of 25$,50$,and 100$ .
