"Beautifully furnished and in good decorative order. Loads of space, really well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds. There was a big box of toys for the little ones to play with, as well as baby gates, a travel cot and other useful things for kids. It was the ideal location for our trip. Nothing at all, it was all great!"

"This accommodation has everything you could wish for, and more. Ideal for our holiday that included 3 generations. Ground floor bedrooms very convenient. Whole house very clean and exceptionally well equipped. Only (very minor) thing was the step up to the front door was a little bit high for my elderly mother to manage without assistance."

"Really enjoy staying in this lovely 3 storey house, It has been carefully renovated to a high standard and very clean. The kitchen is modern and full of everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely shutters which helps on hot days. Myself, husband, 3 boys, mother and dog all enjoyed a weeks holiday here. Its within walking distance of Cowes and has a lovely garden with bbq and garden furniture and evening lights. Really relaxing. ( well maybe without kids! 😄)"

"Overall The Good Ships is a spacious, clean accommodation in a great place for easy access to the seafront and beach in Shanklin.It’s is let down however by some of the amenities provided, which is such a shame. The kitchen requires additional pans and general facilities. 2 x saucepans is not sufficient, a large frying pan and large casserole dish.The fridge is a large American style with water and ice dispenser of which neither of the work.The TV is old and needs updating, not being a smart TV...

"I have stayed in various deckhouses in Emsworth and particularly like this one due to its location. The accommodation is very comfortable and inviting with all that you would need to make your stay enjoyable. Emsworth Village is within walking distance from the deckhouse with various places to eat in the evening and during the day. I would definitely recommend this accommodation."
