"Polite and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. But noisy but that can’t be helped with being along a main road. I always take earplugs anyway. Tea and coffee in room. We have stayed here a couple of times now. First time we stayed we parked in the multi story and our parking was paid for by the hotel. Second we took the train and only an easy 18min walk. "

"A charming hotel that is centrally located. A good variety of food products at breakfast. The service from the waiting team is fantastic. We stayed in the Executive King room. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely shower and had good quality towels. People on the Reception desk were very helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage with them before we departed. Self check in and check out was easy and straightforward. Would return to the Clayton Hotel."

"The hotel was easy to get to from Bristol airport. The room was very comfortable. We had breakfast each day and although limited enough the quality of the food was excellent. The restaurant has a lovely view over the harbour area. We had an evening meal there one night during our short stay and the food and ambiance were excellent. "
