The Space:
Soft morning light spills across vaulted ceilings as you gaze out at snow-dusted peaks. After a day on the slopes, step into the warmth of the living room, where the glow of the fireplace meets mountain views framed by soaring windows. The scent of pine lingers in the air while you sink into the hot tub on the deck, watching twilight settle over Whistler Village below.

Spread across four levels, this five-bedroom, six-bathroom townhouse combines alpine character with thoughtful comfort. The main living area invites connection, featuring an open layout with plush seating, a sleek gas fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. Gather for movies or music in the media room, equipped with a 64” Smart TV and Sonos sound system, or enjoy quiet mornings with a cup of coffee by the fire.

The upper floor’s primary bedroom overlooks the lounge, offering a king bed, TV, and ensuite with bathtub, overhead shower, and heated rail. On the lower floors, two additional bedrooms feature king beds with their own ensuites, while another provides twin beds and access to a private deck. The fifth bedroom includes two tri-bunk beds (double plus twin), ideal for families or groups. Each bathroom is distinct, featuring glass-enclosed showers, bath-shower combos, and single vanities.

For ski-in/ski-out access, adventurous guests can use the Lower Olympic trail, which involves a climb of over 100 stairs, an option best suited to those seeking a challenge. Ski access typically runs from late December through March, depending on snow levels.

Other Things to Note:
• Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Very nice property in a great location

This is a perfect property for a large group of friends or families. The location is superb. You'll need a car to get to the ski slopes, it's a three minutes drive to the Westin parking lot. This makes it just separate enough to be in a very private area in Whistler yet very close to the slopes. All and all a high-end property with all you need for a great stay.
