Good summer rental
Perfectly fine home. Close enough to ferry for trips to Vermont. Directly across the street from Lake Champlain, so we had beautiful fall views. Plenty of space for our 2 boys to enjoy, including a backyard leading into the woods. Better rental for warmer, summer months. Heat was from 2 small space heaters. We were glad we brought our slippers. We did not have cell service in this area, and wifi was really only available in the bedroom closest to property manager’s home.

The location was stunning! House was clean and well-stocked with essentials. No cell service and weak wifi, so better for an escape at the lake than a working vacation!

Lovely location.
Absolutely wonderful lakefront. Cottage roomier than it appears. Wifi is a bit weak, however, so use this as a true getaway from the world.
