The major complaint is that even though there is a mini-split air conditioning unit, it was not sufficient for the size of the loft because the bedroom did not get any of the air conditioning. That made sleeping very hot and uncomfortable. I think in the Fall when it is not hot or in the Spring before it has warmed up, the mini split works just fine. However,...

“The apartment was great, however I stayed in the same building two weeks earlier and paid half the price for the same floor plan, on parents weekend. The LSU game, homecoming and horse races booted jacked the prices! It was a great unit though!”

“We stayed for a weekend in October, and the rental worked out just fine as a "home base" for exploring Lexington and Red River Gorge. We stayed the weekend of Keeneland races and the price was very reasonable. There were several issues with the cleanliness of the property when we arrived (stained sheets and towels, smoky smells in the apartment, etc) but the host (Daniel) was very polite and responsive and offered to try to make it right when the issues were communicated.
