Waterfront cottage off Lake Ontario, fits 10, *PRIVATE DOCK*

Beautiful water front cottage right off Lake Ontario in Wilson, NY that has everything you need for your getaway to go fishing, hiking, hunting or to just relax in a gorgeous, peaceful home! We are near excellent restaurants, breweries and wineries and walking distance to the Tuscarora State Park, which has a beautiful beach, a boat/kayak launch, disc golf course, hiking trails, a new playground with bathroom access, several picnic tables and shelters w/ grills. Plus we are only 30 minutes from one of the 8 Wonders of the world, Niagara Falls!
Our newly renovated space is beautifully updated and we clean and sanitize our home thoroughly before every guest! We are located on a quite street making it the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature and the beautiful views from our back deck or screened in porch! 
Our guests will have full access to our property- nothing is off limits!! Unfortunately due to unpredictable water levels we cannot guarantee full use of our dock but please feel free to reach out to ask as we have had  easily accessible at this point, although we have still had guest able to use their Kayaks and Canoes from the dock!
We will never come to the property during your stay unless specifically asked to by our guests! We want you to feel comfortable throughout your stay and hope you treat it as a home away from home! However; we will be available 24/7 throughout your stay via your booking platform, text, phone or email, whatever form of communication our guests are most comfortable with.

We have a few parking stops available at our house! We are working on making this space larger to accommodate more guest, but as we finish up feel free to park on the grass if needed for extra cars! We own the house to the left of ours so don’t worry about using the space in front of this house! Use the spaces closest to stairs with the light post/telephone pole first as this will be easiest to unload your belongings down to the house!
While we do allow families with children, we would like to note we do not have any baby proofing measures in place! Our property is on the water and has a fairly steep hill in the back leading to the water, so please keep this in mind when booking with us!,l
Please note that our property has a large set of stairs leading down to it, so unfortunately we are not handicap accessible, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

Newly remodeled, quiet and safe place to stay for our family vacation! Close to several amenities but also far enough away to have the peaceful quiet time too. Appreciated the basic condiments and seasoning supplies available onsite. They had everything we needed for kitchen supplies. That was really helpful!

Simply Amazing!!!
Highly recommend! Perfect for a waterfront river view cottage experience in a quiet setting! Stunning peaceful view onto river and nothing but forest across the river to observe wildlife like deer passing in state park forest on the other side. Cottage is very cozy and comfortably sleeps a family of 10! The hosts truly care about the guests, and left several goodies like complementary s’more marshmallows and convenient coffee pods. Deck was very comfortable with a meshed veranda which allows for summer evening dinners that will be mosquito free. Smart TV and free WiFi were a big plus. Cottage is effectively brand new remodeled interior and the kitchen and both bathrooms are all modern and clean. Nothing but great memories!
