“Great location near mountain! Simple room but exactly as advertised. We've stayed multiple times due to the cleanliness and ease of the place.Spacious room is bigger than most hotels with the added benefit of privacy as a sole condo setup.”

“Ideal location for access to Killington trails and Adventure Center. Everything was in working order and it accommodate our family of five nicely (ages: 11, 9 and 6). We rotated which kid got pullout sofa bed in living room with the other two sharing the large bunk beds in guest room. The owner/manager was very responsive to our inquiries and requests. Although the unit could generally use some updating, it more than met our needs and was priced competitively.”

“Very Clean and had all the amenities as advertised. We had fun at the pool and the grounds were very tidy. I called the maintenance number because the faucet in the kitchen was shaking when the cold water was turned on. The repair was simple. The cold water had not been turned on all the way. We had trouble with the washing machine but it was ok. I would suggest leaving the instructions since there are so many different kinds.I would recommend this place to friends.”

“Condo was the perfect size for my husband and I and incredibly clean. Kitchen had just what we needed. Plenty of hooks on the walls to hang your things. Host is very responsive. It’s located in the same building as the health club, locker rooms, spa, pool, and sauna and on the 1st floor which is very convenient. The location of the property itself is also perfect as it is right next door to golf, the adventure center, and in very close proximity to restaurants and the K1 lodge. The outdoor pool...

“We only stayed for one night while doing some early Christmas shopping in July. The apartment was very nice. Things were very clean and tidy inside. Being so close to great amenities just a short walk away in town was nice. My only slightly negative comment is that the front stairs to the mill building are very worn but that is fairly trivial. Thanks for a great stay. ”

“Holly & Dan, owners, were available for any questions. Condo was very clean and well appointed. We stayed in Sept and it was very quiet - very restful. Condo had just about anything you might need including a few welcoming gifts. Location was perfect in a quiet area but still access to all the restaurants on the access road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to stay there again and also recommend it to our friends/family.”
