Heat not working properly. Only 3 pillows for 2 people should be 2 each like other hotels Not enough towels for 2 people one only face cloth - maybe they expect us to share the one and only. One hand towel Place a bit old looking. Needs some loving care

It was reasonably priced, and the staff was very nice. However, our room had old grosse green carpet full of stains and was in desperate need of a vacuum and steam clean. The room itself was in need of a deep clean. Hand prints on windows, dust build up on furniture, stains all over carpet. Definitely needed to wear shoes in the room.

This wasn't the best for my partial foot amputation situation. There was no indication they did not have elevators. The policy indicated no refunds. Couldn't leave to find a different hotel (absorb the loss? No thanks) Two trips up the stairs to take my things inside. If only the staff was able to assist, that may have been helpful.
