“I don’t have enough good things to say about this property. The rooms are very well cleaned and adequately maintained, despite it being an older property. The exterior is super cute and there are accommodating areas to gather, including a fire pit. It’s very quiet. The best thing about it is the manager. She is an absolute doll. She took great care of our elderly parents, going WAY above and beyond to make sure their stay was superb. I can 100% recommend this property if you want to avoid the……

“Overall, the room was clean. The air conditioning worked well. The room smell musty and had an interesting odor. Location was convenient for my stop. The breakfast included was minimal. Staff were kind and helpful. The pool unfortunately was covered during my stay.”

“The room was very clean and cozy! Very quiet motel. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Sedalia. Lots of places to eat in the area and the fairgrounds are just down the street. My husband I were very pleased.”
