"The room is clean, spacious and well-designed. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel is located right beside a gate of the Schonbrunn Palace. The neighborhood is a vibrant area full of shopping stores and restaurant. Overall, excellent! I would love to stay here again. "

"really one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. (and I've stayed in hundreds.....). Dirty rooms, rusty and broken bathroom sink... and unhelpful staff. and some staff were actually unfriendly...
No room amenities = no coffee , no hair conditioner....
... and (final straw....) they did not inform us that their lobby was under renovation which meant we had to drag our luggage up and down a steep set of outdoor stairs to their basemnt whete they had set up a temporary reception..."
