* Minnarmurra River park is 5 minutes away complete with boat
ramp, BBQ, picnic and tennis facilities
* 4 Minute walk to IGA supermarket, Chemist and other shops
* Great car parking facilities at house and in car park opposite.

It has a north east facing Aspect and receives plenty of
sunlight
** It has 3 Bedrooms; bedrooms 1 and 2 are with Queen size
beds.
Bedroom 3 has a Double size bed with a
single bunk bed above
** The beds are fitted with comfy King Coil mattresses to ensure
a great night's sleep.
** Two walk in shower bathrooms and a full sized bath. One shower fitted with hand rail for the elderly. Shower chair available on request.
** Two toilets, one is separate.
** It has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with
dishwasher. Some pantry items are provided.
** Dining seating for 7 people
** The family room has a smart TV, DVD player, DVD's and
wireless music dock.
** NBN and Free in house WI FI
** Books and board games for adults and children
** Reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans and additional
heaters in each bedroom if required

** Fully fenced spacious back yard, making it child safe.
** Bicycle and walking paths opposite the house which go for 20
kilometres from Minnamurra to Werri Beach.
** 18 hole Golf Course and restaurant 950 metres away. A par 5.
Friday night has Happy Hour and live entertainment at the golf
club.
** Other restaurants, takeaway and coffee shops with in 300 metres.
** IGA Supermarket - extremely well stocked.

Excellent location near beach

Perfect accommodation for family with adults and 1 child. Everything was provided, including games and kids toys. Beach and playground across the road. Close to Minnamurra river waterways with calm waters to enjoy a swim or picnic .

Perfect for family stay

We had 4 adults and 2 small children. The house was good for us all. Lovely bright kitchen/dining/lounge area with beautiful view to beach. Great location for everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Convenient and cosy family accommodation

We were very happy with the family friendly cosy accommodation. The host was very easy to communicate with and provided as support in advance and was easy to reach. Proximity to the beach and the playground across the street was great for our grandchildren. We had a relaxing stay here and hope to return. Thank you Fleur, you have been a great host.

December extended weekend

Brilliant location, close to beach and golf course. Walking distance to shops and short drive to Kiama main centre. Place is well equipped and has a really nice aspect. Was perfect for a short getaway with young kids.

Our family enjoyed this renovated beach house on the doorstep of Jones Beach. Perfect walking distance to nearby shops, park and beach and short drive to Kiama.

So, so good

Just got back from our weekend at Kiama Aspect and I want to head straight back! Such a lovely house, perfectly situated across from a playground and beach, with big open windows/deck at the front so you can take advantage of the view. The house is well furnished and very clean. The full cupboard of board games and books was an extra bonus. Our two kids, aged 2 and 4, were in heaven. Both Philip the owner, and Kate, the cleaner/manager, were very responsive and super friendly and accommodating. Overall, great experience and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Super location for a coastal beach Getaway

Awesome home away from home, right across the road from the beach. All the creature comforts you would need for a coastal beach break. Walking distance to great local style shops, good coffee. Excellent headland walk. This place is located across the road from the kids park, so you can be a part of the action or watch the world come and go. Beds are comfy. Kitchen has all the goodies you need. Bathrooms are bang on. Huge backyard and ample off street parking. We are looking forward to getting back there real soon.

Girls Weekend Getaway

The property has been beautifully renovated, is tastefully furnished, spacious and ideally located close to the beach. The front deck and large sliding doors allows for the living area to be extended outdoors with a view of the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
