“There is MAJOR renovations happening so things are tore apart and no pool available. We did have a renovated room and it was CLEAN AND FABULOUS! Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was not bad at all for having to work around renovations. ”

“We were not informed when we scheduled our stay that the hotel was under renovations. No breakfast was being served and the pool was closed. The room, though a great lay out, was in terrible condition. No Phone Service in the room. The TV in the bedroom, we had a suite, didn't even have a cable outlet to be hooked up too. No, “Do Not Disturb” signs in the room and no ice bucket. Sounds like small things but we had paid for a suite. I have stayed at Wyndhams many times and have never had one……

“We had a great beach view from the balcony. Great sunsets and even saw a couple of dolphins. Check in staff was very friendly and so was security and people cleaning the grounds. We ate at Under the Boardwalk. Oyster po boy was excellent and so was bartender. Only drawback was that we have an old pug that is unable to do steps and cannot walk very far so it was hard for us as we had to carry him since we were far from elevator. Was hoping to use our wagon to take him downstairs but there were……

“Ok this place is not all bad it just need a lot of improvements with their room and equipment. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, we are very disappointed that the pool was under construction it would have been nice if they let us know ahead of time that the place was under construction since we were very excited to enjoy the beautiful pool but overall it was a very fun place and of course the beach.”

“Thought we would have a beach front unit… small print said gulf view, large print said beach front. Jamie at the desk “tried “ to get it changed or compensate for the lack of clarity but nothing was done. The room shows wear and tear, was basic. The floors were nasty, we had to sweep and mop on day one, the babies socks looked like they had walked on a tarred road. The pools were nice, not enough loungers though. The beach was beautiful. Our family enjoyed the pool and the beach. The elevators……
