“We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time at the kingfisher Shepherds hut. If your looking to stay please bare in mind that the hut is very small, there is very limited kitchen supplies, ie no oven, microwave or decent sized freezer. Unfortunately lots of flys got into our hut which we had to sleep with as we had no repellent and no nets were provided. It is a bit of a faff having to heat your own hot tub and sauna, building the fire and keeping it alight for atleast 2hrs is hard work……

“Well equipped apartment in a fabulous location. The only suggestions for improvement would be a new mattress- springs could be felt through the bedding and ideally a more comfortable sofa. Communication with the owner was excellent. All in all we had a lovely stay and would book again.”

“A great property. We only stayed one night and was off early the next morning. Everything was there for us and even getting in touch with our host was very easy too do and she was very helpful in sorting us out with opening the doors. Would definitely be using them again for next years holiday.”

“We had a great short break at The Cottage. It has everything you could need, kitchen very well equipped, comfortable bed and thoughtful touches such as the automatic nightlights. The location is very peaceful. We were very lucky on our arrival day that the weather was amazing and we had a lovely time sitting in the pretty, tranquil garden watching birds and butterflies and then listening to an owl once it went dark. Definitely coming back!”
