“Nice question neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Few things missing from kitchen that made cooking a challenge, such as coffee machine, paper towels, can opener, and dishes were greasy and dirty. Top bunk bed was dusty and had hair on sheet. Bunk bed was also very creaky and squeaky at the slightest movement. Too much overpowering perfume, incense, candles and room freshener. The sheets were bundles up, could not tell what was clean and what was used. If more attention paid to cleaning this……

“It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but……

“Our stay was just satisfactory.Parking was easy to find. It is 10 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and it was very easy to get to the graduation at Penn. Uber to the site was 17.. It is one flight of stairs up. There is a large bathroom with a nice hot shower and excellent air-conditioning. However, the mattress was very soft and both of us rolled to the middle. “I really wanted to take in Philadelphia this year in the 250th celebration and there are many others that do also! This was the perfect place for me. A short walk past cute little houses to the Museum of Art with the Rocky steps! If you were planning on doing the Rocky Run in November this would be the perfect distance for a warm-up walk/run pre-race. A very secure building with electric locks (no worries about carrying keys). Quiet hours. Super clean. Kitchen with full size appliances including……
