"Staff was friendly and helpful. One day I found out one drier was not working. I went to talk with a staff whose name is Anna about this. She told me she would ask technician to look into the issue. Then I went out to have some food. After I returned, she told me they replaced with a new drier. What a great service. "

"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. "Amazing stay at the CityInn Plus Hotel! Location-wise it is right by the train station and not far from the local airport bus station. The rooms can be tight however, from cleanliness to the hotel service everything was so amazing!
