Great location to see wildlife just about everyday as we saw multiple deer, and multiple javelinas just about every day. Close to enough to Prescott if we needed anything or to go shopping or out to eat. Private suite was a nice escape/getaway for one couple. Good size kitchen and plenty of tables and eating spaces.
