"This stay was a lot better than my last visit! I called before I arrived on check in day and the receptionist was very rude and had a bad attitude so I didn't get my questions asked but once I arrived there was a different receptionist there and she was a Sweetheart and all the others after that. I enjoyed my stay this time ❤️"

"The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Pool was fun for the kids. We did not stay in a handicapped room for my mom but we asked for a shower chair and they brought it right up. They also had ramps to the beach which is a plus because not all hotels on the beach have ramps to the sand; most have stairs. The beds were comfortable. They had lemon water each day available at the front desk. Only downfall was that we had to cross the street to park in the parking garage and we didn't stay long enough. I will definitely stay again!"

"Property description/location is not accurate from the pictures on the website. BEAUTIFUL Place, but we were under the impression that we were on the water and had a hot tub. Did not realize our property did not have it. Would definitely visit again, but ask questions first. This was on me, not the host."

"Beautiful location, lovely pools. We arrived day after hurricane and everything very normal looking and cleaned up. broken sign was the only evidence of hurricane. Full size refrigerator but tiny microwave wouldn't fit our lasagna. The grill is convenient but could skip the pizza. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Same men everyday but we stayed for a week and ate something different everyday. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"We arrived before check in and luckily we were able to get our room. We were met by Allison the front desk manager who was so funny and welcoming. After we checked in we were getting out stuff from the car and she came out and asked us if we were from Bergen county NJ, she saw that our last name and knew possible family members of ours, its a small world. They were available for our needs and I had so much fun joking around with Allison all weekend. We shared our experience at another hotel that was very disappointing and we found out the same owner, so we shared our honest opinions of both hotels. The rooms here were updated and they were clean and very comfortable. The TVs were updated and we had a good variety of channels, We had a split room with bun beds that we didn't need but it was a good price. What is disappointing is that the rooms do not have any other places to sit and watch TV unless you are sitting in a bed as the benches are under the TV. It would have been fantastic to have a sleeper sofa and a small table and chairs to eat. We also could have used a microwave in the room instead of having to use the one in the lobby. If you are making any further renovations I would hope you would update with some of my suggestions."

"This place was a VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE to stay. The lazy river, the pool, the VIEW to the beach, the live entertainment, the restaurants and bar area were definitely on point. This place is for couples and families. You don’t have to leave the resort. But if you choose to, the beach is right in front of you. I would definitely revisit this place. VERY NICE!!"
