“The male receptionist was not helpful and lazy. my room had a toxic smell to it that I couldn’t even sleep in the room. I wanted to shower but the shower was all dirty. I’ve never smelt a hotel or motel so bad. I definitely want my money back and I’m gonna be calling my credit card company and asking to reverse the charges unless you want to have somebody reach out to me the next two days and I won’t do that.
