"Upon arrival, I was greeted by Dion (hopefully I remembered his name correctly) younger and short hair working the late shift that Sunday eve. Check in was smooth, unit was spotless, well maintained, and I LOVED how quiet it was. It was great stay. One thing I’d improve upon is communication about servicing elevator. I had a lot to carry for work and had to go up to the third floor three times on a bad knee, while elevator was down. Had I known, I’d have moved it to the car the night before. Other than that, I’ll be staying again the next time I’m in Redding."

"Fridge I my room was noisy., vibrating noise. Many of the parking spots were narrow and marked as compact. So many parked cars were toolsrge and made the spot next to them unusable. So actually made fewer parking spots available. Suggest you restripe and just make all the spots regular size."

"It was a nice hotel but not worth the price. I would like to make a few suggestions. The room cost $500.00 a night and underneath the couch cushions they were pretty badly stained get new cushions or wash stains out. The room was not what we expected for the price. We expected more for that price. We just stayed the night before at the Oxford in Redding, Ca and paid about $200.00 and it was not much different than the Sheraton's $500.00 a night room. Room service for breakfast was nice. The view was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Best thing about the room was the comfy bed. The lounge room with free snacks was a great idea. The snacks I would suggest to be more healthy. They had apples for a healthy snack everything else not good for you. All the drinks were sodas expect the water. Add some sparking water or sparkling drinks that are not so unhealthy would be nice. They chips were loaded with salt so badly I could barely eat them. All the snacks were not healthy and nothing special. For $500.00 a night would have liked nicer and healthier options. For $500.00 a night I expected higher quality snacks that are healthier for you to eat and enjoy. I choose about 5 snack options there was about 8 or so guessing that could have cost me less then $15.00 at a general store. Not worth it."

"Though just 1 mile off the interstate, we felt like we were way off the path, surrounded by forest. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The staff was very accommodating, especially since we had flight and traffic delays that delayed our arrival time past our expected arrival time."

"The room was clean. The bed was a little firm for our taste. The rooms need a bit of updating. Looks like a leak in the bathroom. The floor was a bit mushy. It was close to Lake Shasta which we were going to the next day so that was convenient. The staff was friendly. We were able to park right by our room. It was close to eating establishments."

"It was relieving being able to get into our cabin after office hours! Especially with our work schedule. The bar was amazing! The bartender and manager were great people. The cabin was great as well. Definitely coming back!!"
