“Wonderful property, perfect for a week-long team retreat with 15 guests. Plenty of space to spread out and also areas to come together as a group. The local Samson Waters property management team (Marina and Jair) is super responsive and immediately addressed all requests. They also made several recommendations for us including activities, a caterer (Chef Ceci is awesome!), and baby furniture rental company. Great overall stay and experience!”

“The beach house, Tintinkin, is in an amazing location with breath taking views and a pool that overlooks the ocean. The house was very clean, well looked after and maintained and offered WiFi that worked very well in all of the rooms. The airflow throughout the house was perfect and even when it was 90+ degrees outside the inside remained very comfortable for sleeping without the use of air conditioning, which is provided in the Master bedroom. Security and instructions on how to maintain safety...

“I loved the beauty of the property and the host was so easy to work with/ The property manager was very accessible. Even though it was a mile away from the city activity, I felt safe to walk the mile to get there, and it was very easy to get an Uber at any time of day or night. We were unable to use the pool or outdoor area due to the numerous mosquitoes. I would not consider this a safe property for children due to the lack of safety railing on the stairs leading to the apartment. As an adult,...

Nos encantó q se encontrará tan cerca de la playa y tuviera una zona al aire libre para disfrutar sobremesas largas. Jose y Ma. “We had a lovely time here, this is a beautifully designed home with big sliding doors out to the pool and beach and sweet courtyard beside the stunning staircase ! The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable. The wind can be very loud in some of the rooms. The kitchen was large, lovely and easy to use, pots were good, lots of tupperwear, knives adequate and lots of cutlery, but not a lot of mixing bowls etc. and not well stocked with food basics. Good to note - there is only a bar to sit...
