“The check-in is fully digital and self check-in, but it’s clear and easy if you follow the instructions and signs. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and modern. The surrounding area is magical, right on the lake, and the restaurant has a very nice setting. The staff were amazing, very helpful and caring. The only downside is transportation to Amsterdam: the nearest station is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel. Other than that, everything was very good.”

“距離火車站只有數分鐘步程，附近是購物區，也有超級市場。酒店只提供儲物櫃寄存服務，按儲物櫃大小收費，以適合寄倉行李的為例，就需要EURO 6。房間寬敞，要打開兩個行李都沒有問題。”

“We had a really pleasant stay at the Best Western Zaan Hotel. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to. ”

“Model Hotel and around 10 mins drive from Central Station. Located in a remote area from city and no shops or restaurants near the hotel. ”

“房間空間不大，飯店簡單乾淨，附近沒有什麼，房內有冰箱，膠囊咖啡機，電梯及樓層進出有門禁管控，可寄放行李，加購早餐16歐，往來中央車站搭乘22號公車約10幾分鐘非常方便，班次密集，雖不在市區，整體還算方便。”

“阿姆斯特丹酒店太貴，就可以考慮只坐一個站到這間酒店，就在車站旁邊，樓下還有超市 。房間大，舒適，包早餐，CP 值高。”

“Great hotel with nice ocean view, the laundry is a plus for our stay, we will stay here next time for sure. There has one day for egg services hopefully it will have egg services everyday ”
