Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC worked great, breakfast was good with quite a variety of meals to pick from, the property itself was well maintained. Had a facial done and it was wonderful. Hotel is walking distance to the market, Starbucks and so many other places!!! Rooftop resturant also had a beautiful view.

El lugar es muy bonito, ahora la propiedad está algo descuidada, se observa poco mantenimiento en el mobiliario cercano a la piscina o la terraza y la refrigeradora. Y en cuanto apoyo por medio del chat del app de expedía es nulo, el personal del lugar no atiende por el app, sino solicita que se llame a recepción en horario donde está disponible la recepción, en mi estadía tuve un inconveniente que me costó contactar alguien que me apoyara, finalmente se solventó y fue esperando al personal de la recepción. Ahora el lugar cuenta con una cocina, si en caso no se desea cocinar hay un restaurante que lo sugiero si se bebe alcohol es rápido ahora si es por comida tener paciencia para esperar.

Room was great but they weren’t very friendly to our group of eight.

This property is gorgeous and has restaurant and spa amenities. The view of the mountain is stunning. This property doesn’t have AC but a portable fan is included and you can open up the windows and doors to feel the breeze off the lake. I would recommend staying here. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

One of the best hotels i stayed at! Amazingly beautiful, enormous quiet rooms, great restaurant and spa facilities, lots of ruins and museums
