“The hotel was in a safe, quiet area of Cayala however the bathroom had a sewer smell; we had to request to be moved to a different floor, it took a bit of borderline argument to get them to move us. We had the 1 bedroom loft which was nice but we could’ve liked a little more space. Also when I booked I was under the understanding that the “host” will meet us at Ck in and that I would get an email with Ck in information when in reality they have staff member at the front counters 24 hrs. ”

“The owner and his family were very kind and friendly. He let us keep our bags there for the day until we had to leave and gave us two separate bedrooms instead of four of us sharing one room. This is all much appreciated. The bedroom entry doors do not lock, whether you are in the room or not. Ours didn’t even latch closed.
