The hotel smells bad so the staff constantly sprays this air freshener around that smells like bug spray..the towels r frayed and have holes in them..my single room was very small and so was the shower..there is a big hole by the front steps that is dangerous..8 steps to get into the hotel..the breakfast was OK.

Unser Aufenthalt war wieder sehr schön. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe im Beach Club waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die neuen geschützten Terrassen, mit Lounge und Sonnenschirm, sind einfach toll geworden. Nur was zum zweiten Mal zu bemängeln war ist, dass es kein Gefrierfach, wie im Buchungsverlauf beschrieben ist, vorhanden war. Das passt nicht zu dem Standard und ist immer gerade Sommer ein echter Mangel. Uns wurde aber auf Anfrage angeboten, zwei mal am Tag im Beach Club Eiswürfel zu holen zu dürfen. Und das, wohl nach dem Besitzerwechsel, die Fernseher zwar noch an der Wand hängen, aber alle nicht funktionieren, gerade zur WM, war auch sehr ungünstig. Bitte ändernd Sie doch fairerweise ihre Beschreibung. Wir kommen trotzdem sehr gerne wieder, weil es einfach unbeschreiblich schön war :-)
