S&A Vondel Park Hotel
"Room was comfortable, staff were friendly and location was good but the bed linen had quite a few stains"
Leonardo Eden Hotel Amsterdam City Center
"Hotel is lovely and situated in a good spot. Staff super friendly and neat bar downstairs. Would definitely return."
The Muse Amsterdam Hotel
"Good location with decent bed and private bathroom - it is kind of a hostel meet boutique hotel vibe. No real tours or hang out vibe as a loan traveller I would have liked to see more tours. It was close to food and museums and the staff did their best to support you. The internet was spotty and it was difficult to get reliable service so had to rely on expensive data."
Owl Hotel
"Hotel was in a good location, right near the canals. I walked all over the city and felt safe. I also went out at night by myself and walked back to my room alone as well and felt safe. I slept well and there was a giant soaking tub in my room - that was unexpected. The staff were super helpful - even helped arrange for a taxi to the next train station for me night before my departure."

"Cet établissement a décidément du caractère! L’endroit est paisible et bien situé. Le personnel est attentif"
Amsterdam Marriott Hotel
"Our room was perfect size, clean, bed very comfortable, cleaning staff good and helpful. Reception book in and out was quick and helpful. Information and taxi booking very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable and sufficient, although the hot food we would have preferred a bit hotter. Staff were friendly and efficient, seated quickly. Gluten free was catered for and lots of choices. One member of staff, Angela Hang, was very helpful with my gf and also very professional, efficient and lovely to talk too. The only problem that we encountered was at breakfast on the Thursday. We felt invisible, seated quickly no problem there, took a while to be asked for our drinks order, was busy so understood, took my gf order. We were not asked for our egg order and could not get their attention, had to as for more milk twice and gave up and went to get. The lad did apologise about the milk. When asked when we left if all was okay I did say and write a comment on what happened. Very apologetic and a note and fruit was sent to our room apologising plus free drinks at the bar. That was nice and it was the only because of 1 member of staff I couldn’t fault the rest. The hotel could not have been more apologetic. Our stay was here was very good and we would return."
Jan Luyken Amsterdam
"This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and I will keep coming back! The staff is great, and it’s clean and charming. The rooms are a bit of a toss up. The first time I came I got an amazing room— huge windows with a great view— and the most recent time it wasn’t quite as nice (one small window, smaller room), but it was still just as clean with the same amenities. That could be said for any hotel though— not every room can have the best view. The location is amazing, especially if you’re a shopper you will likely end up spending too much money with all the amazing stores around, and the museums are RIGHT there. It’s near Leidseplein where there are clubs and bars, but far enough away that it’s relatively quiet. It’s also right next to Vondelpark, another plus. Overall, I’d give Jan Luyken 6/5 stars if I could!"
Park Centraal Amsterdam, part of Sircle Collection
"Fantastic location. Well maintained hotel centrally located"
Clayton Hotel Amsterdam American
"The only negative feedback was the bed was too soft which caused backache. Location is excellent. We always stay here and will definitely return."
